Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of Supply and Material Planners (3 employees).
•Act as on-site representative of Planning function at the factory.
•Maintain strong physical presence on factory floor for day-to-day decision-making.
•Define and implement departmental policies aligned with factory objectives.
•Participate in Management Team and Leadership Team, shaping long-term goals.
•Lead planning-related transformation including OPUS implementation and Ice Cream Europe initiatives.
•Provide input for strategic decisions (e.g., shift models, projects).
•Maintain contact with Procurement and suppliers on delivery issues, flexibility, forecasts, capacity.
•Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
•Participate in Ben & Jerry's PTM from planning perspective.
•Prepare and deliver presentations about Ben & Jerry's and Planning.
•Maintain close contact with Category Planning Manager and Category Director.
•Achieve departmental targets (Dispatch Rate, Business Waste, OEE/run strategy, slow movers, budget).
•Ensure effective communication within and outside the department.
