Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted finance partner to Supply Chain leadership.
- Translate financial data into clear business insights, risks, and actions.
- Proactively challenge assumptions and steer decision-making.
- Lead the overall transfer pricing process, ensuring accurate outputs aligned with business realities.
- Translate new transfer pricing policies into actionable guidance for European markets.
- Drive process enhancement initiatives and lead workstreams within transformation programs.
- Proactively identify transfer pricing risks and advise management on mitigation strategies.
- Support and challenge Capex investment decisions.
- Assess business cases (ROI, payback, assumptions) and ensure sound financial logic.
- Work closely with Engineering and Operations to balance ambition and discipline.
- Ensure visibility on actual vs forecast, risks, and delivery.
- Operate effectively in an evolving environment and build simple, scalable solutions.
- Improve processes, reporting, and governance where needed.
- Bring structure, clarity, and consistency across teams and markets.
