Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer and shopper insight into standards for customer plans and commercial priorities.
- Define the standard for Customer Business Planning in Salesforce TPM.
- Lead Perfect Store / retail execution for the In-Home channel.
- Build on-shelf availability into a live commercial KPI using customer EPOS data.
- Support the field-force capability model with archetypes and standards.
- Build Next-Best-Action capability turning store data into AI-enabled action.
- Lead a small team and build the execution capability model for markets.
