Key Responsibilities
- Design and Harmonize GTM Processes: Develop and standardize core go-to-market processes such as distributor management, retail execution, route optimization, order collection, delivery planning, and warehouse management.
- System Design and Integration: Define requirements for supporting systems, contribute to their development, and ensure seamless integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive alignment between commercial, supply chain, and technology teams, as well as external partners.
- Operational Continuity During Transformation: Guide market teams during major transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to leverage technology and data analytics for process optimization.
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure reporting and analytics solutions are in place to track GTM effectiveness and operational KPIs.
