Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for employees and managers, providing support across HR topics.
- Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of existing and new policies in line with employment law.
- Manage offboarding process including exit interviews.
- Manage international assignments and relocation where no dedicated GM resource is available.
- Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding process.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and processes.
- Manage and support resolving local ER issues (performance, grievance, disciplinary, conflict, etc.).
- Leave / Absence / Illness case management.
- Guide/lead restructuring at an employee level.
- Coordinate job data changes and mover process.
- Maintain HR data, analyze trends, and support decision-making with insights.
- Coordinate performance reviews, learning plans, and talent processes.
- Contribute to HR projects to drive the Supply Chain agenda.
