Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the meeting room area, ensuring all rooms are set up correctly and kept tidy at all times.
- Keep on top of meeting room maintenance and ensure all rooms are set up correctly, ensuring billing and checking in and out for events are smooth.
- Make sure the food and beverage in the space is top notch at all times, and our guests have everything they need.
- Work closely with the rest of the hotel team to ensure we are providing a great experience for our guests, from first contact to when they leave, and beyond.
- Handle some admin tasks, including expenses, lists, and stationary orders.
