Key Responsibilities
- Execute Territory Strategy: Manage assigned geographic region, driving sales volume and premium brand mix (Goodyear & Dunlop).
- Strengthen Dealer Relations: Act as primary contact for dealers, building trust and providing tools/training.
- Prospective Fleet Hunting: Proactively identify and acquire new indirect fleet customers.
- Collaborate with KAMs: Support large national fleets, ensure service excellence, perform tire performance checks.
- Optimize Service Network: Partner with Network & Service team to manage service providers.
- Market Intelligence: Use CRM and digital tools to report market trends and track competitor activity.
