Key Responsibilities
- Translate plant E&I needs into clear technical requirements for Fluor and other engineering partners
- Review designs, specifications, calculations, and proposals (without producing drawings yourself)
- Advise throughout all project phases—from business case to full funding
- Ensure compliance with Chemours standards and codes such as NEC, IEEE, and NFPA
- Support installation, commissioning, and start‑up of new systems
- Contribute to maintenance projects and turnarounds with an E&I scope
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance to identify and prioritize upgrade needs
- Communicate effectively across all levels—from operators to lead engineers
