Key Responsibilities
- Advises the leadership team on management issues and implements programs, policies, and processes to mitigate risk.
- Leads, establishes, and implements human resources strategy aligned with business plans and objectives.
- Monitors and ensures full compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices; proactively reviews, drafts, and updates internal HR policies.
- Develops and drives local compliance initiatives and projects to ensure organizational adherence to evolving legal frameworks.
- Possesses deep knowledge of local benefits practices and works with local insurance providers or third-party vendors on benefits or HR-related initiatives.
- Advises employees on HR policies, procedures, and processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Organizes and leads local cultural and engagement activities to foster company culture and employee morale.
- Demonstrates strong project management skills, including coordinating cross-functional resources for successful implementation of HR initiatives.
