Key Responsibilities

•Provide expert technical support on solar cell and solar generator technologies throughout all project phases
•Support R&D programmes and activities in solar cells and solar generators
•Support Hands On activities as defined by the ESA TO
•Provide technical support in CDF studies, perform simulations at solar array level using PEPS/EcosimPro
•Support tests and characterization in the solar generator facilities
•Support maintenance of the ESA solar generator laboratory facilities and execution of engineering and qualification tests
•Support teamwork coordination and knowledge management in the Solar Generator Area of Competence
•Support definition, review, tailoring and implementation of European standards in the solar generator domain
