Key Responsibilities

•Support establishment of PA&S requirements baseline for project/programme elements.
•Contribute to review of ESA contractor's PA&S plans and specifications.
•Monitor project PA&S status and track NCR, anomalies, failures, deviations, waivers.
•Assess implementation of PA&S requirements by ESA contractors.
•Support boards for disposition of non-conformances, failure reviews, M&P, EEE, test reviews.
•Monitor manufacturing, integration, and test activities via quality assurance audits and inspections.
•Define formal acceptance requirements and support Acceptance Reviews.
•Support project reviews by providing technical support to panel members.
•Coordinate PA&S discipline experts (RAMS, SW PA, M&P, EEE, Cleanliness).
•Assess and monitor NCRs, waivers, deviations, problems, critical items.
•Prepare NRB or CCB meeting agendas and minutes.
•Contribute to project meetings and reviews, including safety reviews.
•Support technology readiness assessments.
•Witness MAIT activities, including long-term support in industry or research establishments.
•Support Launch Campaigns for PA&S activities.
•Report on performed activities and PA&S status to service manager.
•Train internal and external entities.
•Capture lessons learned and contribute to knowledge retention.
•Establish PA&S dashboards and trend analyses.
•Provide PA support to ESA Technical Officer for R&D and technology development.
