Key Responsibilities

•Provide independent cost estimates for Phase B2, C/D, E1.
•Provide cost estimate templates for Industry.
•Support analyses of cost estimates prepared by Industry.
•Provide ad-hoc analysis in support to Tender Evaluations and Negotiations.
•Support studies, projects and project reviews with cost estimate tools, databases and benchmarks.
•Develop and maintain cost databases and tools.
•Contribute to promotion of cost estimating across the Agency.
•Support capture and dissemination of knowledge and lessons learned on cost estimating.
•Contribute to gathering and organising cost data from various projects.
•Support exploratory data analysis to understand data and identify patterns.
•Participate in building predictive cost models.
•Contribute to creation of visual representations of data.
•Contribute to technology development and work plans related to data science.
