Key Responsibilities
- Own the first response for every Tebi merchant who reaches out, across chat, email, and phone
- Diagnose issues fast, using product knowledge and sharp instincts to identify the real problem
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Ops to resolve complex problems
- Hit and beat CSAT, QA, and speed targets in a high-pace environment
- Turn what you learn from merchants into documentation, product feedback, and proactive education materials
- Use and set up tools and AI-powered workflows to improve the way you do your work and expand it to company processes
