•Facilitate and support the service strategy process for the FDV business unit

•Lead the development and launch of new service products, solutions, and commercial campaigns
•Gather and translate customer needs and feedback into actionable portfolio improvements
•Define and prioritize service-related development needs for the R&D roadmap
•Monitor market developments, customer trends, and competitor activities
•Work closely with after-sales, sales, technical support, field service, R&D, and marketing
•Collaborate with marketing on events, campaigns, and communication materials
