•Operate and program CNC lathes and mills to manufacture precision components from various materials
•Set up machines, install tooling, and configure cutting parameters based on technical drawings and specifications
•Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality
•Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to verify component tolerances
•Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime
