Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle for recommendation and personalisation systems.
- Design, build, and productionise models for style-aware recommendations.
- Develop approaches combining conversational preference extraction with behavioural signals and LLM knowledge.
- Build and optimise feature pipelines and serving infrastructure.
- Define and champion best practices for offline and online evaluation.
- Collaborate with product, AI engineering, and design.
- Explore and integrate signals from social media and visual style.
- Act as senior technical reference for recommendation engineering.
