Key Responsibilities

•Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines for Erlang and Elixir services from build through production deployment.
•Build and maintain base Docker images, release packaging, and deployment automation for BEAM-based applications.
•Collaborate with application teams to define and enforce release standards, quality gates, and rollback strategies.
•Improve observability and reliability of the BEAM stack: build monitoring, deployment health checks, and incident response tooling.
•Contribute to migration efforts to consolidate and modernize delivery infrastructure across stacks.
