Key Responsibilities
- Ensure contractual execution within cost, time, quality and Sulzer PM standards
- Manage financial performance of customer contracts, including cost control, forecasting and invoicing aligned with as-sold budgets and milestones
- Act as primary customer interface: contract updates, issue resolution, claims, variations and addenda negotiations
- Present contract progress to senior management on a regular basis
- Create and maintain customer, contract and project data, proposals, TOA calculations, purchase orders and scope releases in the Business Management System
- Coordinate project handovers and communication between customers, execution centers and operations
- Lead and manage project teams within a matrix organization
- Ensure full contractual compliance, handle NCRs and customer complaints
- Develop business insights, business cases and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support customer visits, ensure safety inductions, PPE compliance and ESH requirements
- Promote quality improvements, safety awareness and identify risks and improvement opportunities, escalating with recommended solutions
