Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate customer inquiries, specifications and technical documentation.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers and their projects.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions, safety requirements, and define needed personnel, equipment and tools.
- Prepare cost calculations and quotations in the ERP system, including scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and leased personnel.
- Support field service activities on site, especially during the initial phase.
- Lead, train and develop the local field service team.
- Plan and schedule service jobs including internal and external resources.
- Define and coordinate services from subcontractors, obtain quotations and manage execution.
- Ensure all required documentation is available prior to job execution.
- Prepare all relevant documentation for invoicing after completion of field service activities.
- Report business activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with local sales teams and the wider service network.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all relevant safety standards.
