Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day functional operations of PLM, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM), PIM, allocation, planning, and merchandising platforms.
•Act as primary point of contact for business teams, handling system queries, change requests, and incident resolution.
•Coordinate testing, releases, and system deployments aligned with seasonal timelines.
•Manage and prioritize change backlog with business stakeholders.
•Partner with external vendors and implementation specialists for system improvements.
•Ensure data quality and consistency across connected platforms (POS, e-commerce, WMS, BI).
•Maintain documentation and drive user adoption through training and support.
•Contribute to evaluation and implementation of future merchandising technologies.
