Key Responsibilities

•Verify incoming/outgoing deliveries, maintain updated inventory and mass balances (stock files), and track open deals to ensure timely deliveries within agreed terms.
•Ensure accurate execution of RNG deliveries, support trading strategies, and process physical gas deals in the system.
•Act as the main contact for inquiries, collaborating with Portfolio Managers, Contracts, Finance, Risk, Sustainability, Policy and Compliance to streamline information flow and analysis.
•Check and validate accuracy including sustainability information of PoS received, collect and organize all necessary documentation for audits, and manage transfers, redemptions, and expiring volumes across registries and countries.
•Collaborate with front office and sustainability teams to understand and, when needed, challenge their strategies while contributing to regional/global consistency, efficiency, and automation improvements.
