Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and support monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reporting, including IFRS-compliant financial statements, reporting schedules and accounting position papers.
•Own balance sheet control by performing reconciliations, reviewing accounting entries, accruals, provisions and period-end estimates, and ensuring timely follow-up of open items.
•Act as a key contact for external auditors, coordinating audit requests and documentation, and support tax compliance together with internal and external specialists.
•Support consolidation, intercompany accounting and reporting for international entities while ensuring consistent and accurate financial information.
•Strengthen the financial control environment by maintaining and improving internal controls, finance processes, ERP/reporting solutions and automation.
•Provide day-to-day guidance and quality review for AP/AR and Assistant Financial Control activities, while supporting the Finance Director and wider Finance team with financial analyses and ad-hoc reporting.
