Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary engineering representative across a portfolio of camera development projects, acting as the key link between Engineering, Program & Product Management, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing and customers
- Lead the technical delivery of multiple concurrent camera programs, ensuring alignment across systems, software, electronics, and mechanical engineering disciplines
- Drive the camera system architecture, technical decision making, and engineering execution throughout the product lifecycle, translating customer and business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions
- Lead technical analysis, design reviews, problem-solving activities, and implementation of corrective actions based on validation and test results
- Support project teams in the development, integration, testing, and release of hardware, software, and system solutions while monitoring technical risks and project progress
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical project managers and system engineers
- Guide the evolution of next-generation camera platforms and technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance, consolidate, and expand the product portfolio
