Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical development of new formulations from concept through commercialization
•Design, execute, and interpret laboratory experiments independently
•Optimize product performance through systematic testing and scientific analysis
•Troubleshoot formulation challenges and develop practical solutions
•Generate reliable data to support key project decisions
•Explore new technologies, ingredients, and formulation approaches
•Support innovation projects focused on cleaning and hygiene solutions
•Review technical literature and emerging technologies
•Contribute to intellectual property and patent-related activities where relevant
•Work closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Innovation teams
•Present technical findings and recommendations to project stakeholders
•Communicate risks, opportunities, and development progress clearly
•Support successful product launches and commercialization activities
