Key Responsibilities
- Address membership enquiries and arrange follow up meetings
- Network with local creative community to recruit new members
- Curate innovative, fun, and inclusive atmosphere
- Act as face of the House to members
- Evaluate membership applications daily
- Schedule and host member introductions
- Resolve issues with cards, payments, or membership requests
- Monitor atmosphere and service quality
- Host coffee chats, dinners, and events for members
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support member experience
- Collaborate with head of member and communications to improve retention
- Gather feedback and participate in solutions
- Facilitate access for visiting high profile members
- Introduce members to key staff
- Maintain regular floor presence engaging with members
