Key Responsibilities
- Break down broad opportunities into concrete, scoped, and measurable initiatives, taking them from discovery to delivery.
- Identify friction points, drop-offs, and unmet needs using data, research, and direct user feedback.
- Define what success looks like before building, track it after launch, and use results to drive the next decision.
- Lead your squad through the Shape Up cycle: running kick-offs, shaping sessions, and cooldowns.
- Understand the data: knowing what to ask for, how data is structured, and what instrumentation an initiative needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, Growth, and Customer Success Managers to align on scope and deliver high-quality rollouts.
- Bring discoveries, hypotheses, and user signals that help shape what we build next.
