Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and automate B2B email/CRM onboarding journeys.
- Leverage HubSpot to build segments, lists, email journeys, workflows and win-back campaigns.
- Analyse churn patterns and deploy automated reactivation campaigns to lift MAU.
- Map and optimize the customer journey with Product managers.
- Collaborate with Product team on new initiatives and experiments.
- Develop localised playbooks for B2B acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
- Bridge business needs with technical implementation for marketing initiatives.
- Turn marketing needs into initiatives with Product, BI, and Customer Success teams.
- Keep stakeholders informed on progress and dependencies.
