Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and report daily/weekly turnaround and damage KPIs across all Benelux branches, identifying deviations and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders
•Conduct regular branch visits to observe operational processes, provide hands-on guidance, and support teams in meeting turnaround targets
•Analyze operational data to uncover inefficiencies and contribute to cost-saving initiatives across Benelux branches
•Support the management of operational vendors, track performance against agreed service levels, and assist in the preparation and coordination of tender processes
•Coach and support branch staff on correct damage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate and timely registration in relevant systems
•Prepare structured performance reports for the Benelux management organization and contribute field-based insights to operational meetings and HQ-led improvement initiatives
