Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report daily/weekly turnaround and damage KPIs across all Benelux branches, identifying deviations and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders
- Conduct regular branch visits to observe operational processes, provide hands-on guidance, and support teams in meeting turnaround targets
- Analyze operational data to uncover inefficiencies and contribute to cost-saving initiatives across Benelux branches
- Support the management of operational vendors, track performance against agreed service levels, and assist in the preparation and coordination of tender processes
- Coach and support branch staff on correct damage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate and timely registration in relevant systems
- Prepare structured performance reports for the Benelux management organization and contribute field-based insights to operational meetings and HQ-led improvement initiatives
