Key Responsibilities
- Own campaign budgets across markets to ensure monthly spend aligns with targets while maintaining CPA and ROAS goals.
- Manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns across paid search and paid social (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok).
- Use AI tools as a daily multiplier: writing automation scripts, creating tools to accelerate creative iteration, developing dashboards, and building new workflows.
- Collaborate with Creative Coordinator to test and iterate on social ad creatives; edit and optimize creatives using CapCut & Canva.
- Design and run A/B tests across ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience segments; work with Website Manager on paid landing page tests.
- Analyze campaign performance via Google Analytics and internal dashboards; translate data into actionable insights.
- Stay on top of industry and platform trends, competitor movements, and algorithm changes to identify growth opportunities.
