Key Responsibilities
- Manage the engineering function as the senior representative
- Coordinate with the line manager and provide Engineering Leadership for respective projects
- Set the strategy for Engineering setting out and onsite control
- Primary point of reference for QA, record keeping and production
- Establish and maintain Sisk Quality procedures and requirements
- Take responsibility for Temporary Works Control/Co-ordination
- Actively manage lifting operations where required
- Ensure site and graduate engineers manage survey equipment
- Ensure engineering team completes as-built surveys for key elements
- Complete individual daily diary
- Control components of the SISK Non-Conformance procedure
- Issue Permits to break ground
- Review and create method statements and risk assessments
- Identify missing information and manage project RFI process
