Key Responsibilities

•Lead the electrical team and oversee delivery of all electrical systems including LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting, fire alarms and life safety systems
•Ensure all electrical works meet programme, cost and quality objectives
•Provide technical guidance to engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure effective delivery
•Develop and implement strategies for electrical execution, resource allocation and planning
•Review and approve electrical design documents, technical submittals and material selections
•Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards and regulations (e.g. IEC, BS, IEEE, NFPA)
•Oversee FATs, SATs, commissioning and integrated system testing (IST) for electrical scope
•Support validation and handover processes with accurate documentation and system certification
•Drive health, safety and environmental compliance across all electrical works
•Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures for electrical systems
•Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
•Act as the primary point of contact for electrical scope with clients, consultants and regulatory bodies
•Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, process, instrumentation and BMS teams to ensure project integration
•Lead electrical coordination meetings and provide accurate reporting on progress, risks and opportunities to project leadership
