- Personally perform and lead consulting missions or projects at customers
- Follow-up and steer the consulting work of other consultants
- Participate in developing market share in Banking in Belgium
- Support business development in The Netherlands
- Play a proactive role in business development process including prospection, writing and defending proposals, and relationship management
- Develop in depth knowledge of the Belgian and general banking market
- Analyse evolutions in business models and sector trends, innovations
- Develop materials expressing thought leadership such as case studies, expertise letters, press articles
- Coach consultants and steer consulting teams on mission in the Banking & Insurance business line in the Netherlands
