Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for safe and efficient daily operations of process facilities, safety systems and utilities.
- Lead outside operator and frontline maintenance technician.
- Back-up panel person operating the facility at HMI when required.
- Work within small flexible organization, taking on diverse responsibilities and developing secondary skillset.
- Support commissioning during project phases, executing detailed activities and preparing field work packages.
- Collaborate within integrated team (Shell staff, contractors, vendors, specialists) for safe start-up.
- Assist in developing work procedures, SOPs, and training programs.
- Participate in and support training initiatives for asset start-up and ongoing operations.
