Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary Corporate Relations interface for Moerdijk chemicals plant, supporting internal/external communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as trusted advisor to site leadership, ensuring alignment between business priorities and CR strategy.
- Develop and deliver local CR strategies including stakeholder engagement, local positioning, and integrated communications.
- Provide strategic communication counsel to site leadership on operational activities, projects, and change initiatives.
- Support positioning of Moerdijk activities in line with Shell's strategy and energy transition ambitions.
- Coordinate local and trade media engagement with Communications & Media colleagues.
- Partner with Social Performance and Social Investment advisors on community engagement and grievance management.
- Contribute to crisis communications and emergency response readiness.
