- Own and deliver regional revenue and growth targets, including annual operating plan, quarterly updates, and long-range planning.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Drive performance management through structured business reviews and corrective actions.
- Provide leadership for key accounts, including development and execution of account strategies and engagement models.
- Build and maintain senior customer relationships, ensuring strong positioning and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee opportunity management from pipeline creation through closure, ensuring robust qualification, value positioning, and risk management.
- Lead and develop the sales organization, including account managers and sales support resources.
- Define and implement an effective sales structure (roles, territories, governance, and decision-making).
- Establish a strong operating rhythm, including pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance tracking.
