- Partner with sales, product management, and engineering to define requirements and develop solutions
- Support system integration across full pre- and post-sales lifecycle
- Translate customer priorities into practical, compliant solutions
- Lead preparation and presentation of technical proposals
- Handle preparation and presentation of customer systems/equipment needs plan
