Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end demand intake and product operations across Product Ownership.
- Organise existing demand, define clear standards for intake, documentation and prioritisation.
- Ensure all work is complete, governed and ready before entering the backlog.
- Act as single control point to rationalise inputs and maintain one trusted view of demand.
- Drive accountability across Product Owners and stakeholders to keep data accurate.
- Design and embed interim processes for intake, tracking and reporting.
- Partner with IT and Product Model Centre of Excellence to translate operational needs into system requirements.
- Lead transition to fully system-enabled operating model.
- Provide clear reporting on demand levels, backlog health and delivery performance.
