Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage IS projects from planning through implementation, partnering with business stakeholders across Commercial Operations, Marketing, Market Access, and Global Supply Chain.
•Conduct business process analysis, design and implement system solutions, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
•Ensure GxP compliance and perform Computer System Validation (CSV) activities in line with the Santen ISPD framework.
•Administer business systems, provide user support, and drive system enhancements to improve business processes.
•Develop secure and efficient system operating models, maintain system documentation, and support IS audits.
•Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery.
•Act as a trusted IS advisor to business functions across the EMEA region.
•Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) guidelines.
