Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a systematic review of ethical, legal and social literature on personalized donor management.
- Explore stakeholder perspectives via focus groups and semi-structured interviews.
- Perform cross-cultural and international analysis of ethical and societal perspectives and legal frameworks.
- Develop practical recommendations and implementation guidance for personalized donor health protection.
- Contribute to shaping future donor policies and strengthening sustainable blood and plasma supplies.
- Present work at international conferences.
- Engage in training in qualitative research, implementation science, and responsible innovation.
