Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive licensing and partnerships: identify, structure, and execute licensing agreements, co-development deals, and strategic collaborations with pharmaceutical and diagnostics partners.
  • •Build internal alignment: work closely with researchers to understand scientific and clinical value, build trusted relationships, and guide projects through valorization.
  • •Pipeline development and scouting: proactively identify and assess high-potential research projects, strengthening the innovation pipeline.
  • •Asset and strategy management: develop robust business cases, define IP and freedom-to-operate strategies, and shape partnering approaches.
  • •Deal execution: lead negotiations, due diligence, and contracting processes.
