Key Responsibilities
- Drive licensing and partnerships: identify, structure, and execute licensing agreements, co-development deals, and strategic collaborations with pharmaceutical and diagnostics partners.
- Build internal alignment: work closely with researchers to understand scientific and clinical value, build trusted relationships, guide projects through valorization process.
- Pipeline development and scouting: proactively identify and assess high-potential research projects, strengthen innovation pipeline focused on diagnostics and therapeutic compounds.
- Asset and strategy management: develop business cases, define IP and freedom-to-operate strategies, shape partnering and funding approaches.
- Deal execution: lead negotiations, due diligence, and contracting processes.
