•Supervise all activities within Incoming Registration.
•Lead, coach, and develop team members.
•Ensure accurate and timely registration of all incoming shipments in various logistics systems.
•Monitor the quality and accuracy of administrative processes.
•Ensure that daily workloads are processed on time.
•Plan resources, capacity, and staffing within the department.
•Analyze operational KPIs and initiate improvement actions.
•Identify and resolve operational disruptions and escalations.
•Establish, modify, and maintain work procedures and work instructions related to Incoming Registration.
•Implement improvements related to inbound processes and warehouse operations.
•Collaborate closely with other warehouse departments to ensure an optimal flow of goods.
•Provide support for quality, audit, and EHS activities within the department.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and internal procedures.
