•Lead pre-sales technical design and recommend solutions aligned with Agentforce capabilities.
•Shape best practices around generative AI, agent interoperability, prompt engineering, and Data 360.
•Build hands-on prototypes and demos using Agentforce and integrated external agents.
•Develop thought leadership content focused on agent lifecycle and integration strategy.
•Act as a central technical knowledge resource and document best practices.
•Map and integrate external agents from hyperscalers into Agentforce via open standards.
•Enable conversational and background agents using Agentforce Studio and Agent Builder.
•Drive prompt engineering and define agent lifecycle best practices.
