Key Responsibilities
- Drive tangible outcomes through hands-on implementation, writing critical code and guiding junior team members.
- Build transformative AI solutions, architecting and deploying AI and LLM-based intelligent agents on Salesforce platform.
- Engineer bespoke agentic AI solutions using Agentforce platform to meet unique business requirements.
- Own data configuration and integration lifecycle, from data model design to building processing pipelines.
- Proactively remove technical blockers, resolving complex challenges in data integration, model deployment, and agent orchestration.
- Drive Agentforce innovation by pushing platform capabilities and influencing product enhancements.
- Become a trusted strategic partner, embedding with client teams and translating needs into technical requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive technical debugging and root cause analysis for system interactions and AI model behaviors.
- Lead rapid prototyping and iteration to develop proofs-of-concept and minimum viable products.
- Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
