Key Responsibilities
- Serve as single point of customer accountability for all Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion
- Build trusted relationships with nonprofit and NGO customers as a strategic advisor
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership
- Help customers achieve business goals on the Salesforce platform
- Communicate value of Signature Success to ensure renewal
- Advocate for customers during high-severity case triage and resolution
- Occasional travel to customer sites and after-hour/weekend coverage as needed
