Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as single point of customer accountability for all Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion
  • •Build trusted relationships with nonprofit and NGO customers as a strategic advisor
  • •Cultivate stakeholder relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership
  • •Help customers achieve business goals on the Salesforce platform
  • •Communicate value of Signature Success to ensure renewal
  • •Advocate for customers during high-severity case triage and resolution
  • •Occasional travel to customer sites and after-hour/weekend coverage as needed
