Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions.
- Own capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing for cross-functional squads.
- Foster an inclusive, high-energy, and psychologically safe engineering culture.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on pilot programs and beta rollouts.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop Technical and Strategic Builders.
- Monitor key delivery metrics and coach teams on optimization.
- Serve as final technical escalation point for portfolio.
- Unblock complex data readiness, tool integration, and multi-agent orchestration challenges.
- Build and anchor executive-level relationships within customer portfolio.
- Operationally run account portfolio with engineering rigor.
- Partner with Services, Account Success, and Product teams.
