Key Responsibilities

  • •Channel AI-Native Superpowers: Champion and harness the unique collaboration styles and intuitive AI habits of recent graduates.
  • •Manage & Mentor: Act as direct people manager for a cohort of Emerging Talent AI Builders, delivering 1:1s, performance reviews, career development planning, and compensation management.
  • •Bridge the Gap: Help AI natives pivot from experimental side projects to deploying production-grade, secure, and ethical enterprise software.
  • •Consulting Coaching: Teach technical grads how to translate tech into business value, coaching on active listening, stakeholder management, discovery sessions, presentation skills, and handling pushback.
  • •Cultivating Belonging and Long-term Engagement: Establish an inclusive atmosphere, guiding early-career excellence and addressing imposter syndrome.
  • •Agentforce Guardrails: Guide graduates through design of agentic reasoning, prompt engineering, and tool calls, ensuring evaluation with engineering rigor.
  • •Technical Coaching: Support graduates in building scalable and secure agentic solutions, acting as technical sounding partner.
  • •Pioneer Continuous Upskilling: Foster experimental lab culture testing limits of generative AI and Agentforce, feeding insights into broader upskilling initiatives.
  • •Project Matching & Bench Management: Oversee pipeline of customer work, pairing Grads with projects that stretch technical capabilities.
  • •Development Milestones: Build, track, and optimize a 12-to-24-month competency matrix for technical and consulting mastery.
  • •University Recruiting Partner: Collaborate with University Recruiting to interview and attract top-tier Computer Science talent.
