Key Responsibilities

•Implement and maintain the ESG Governance & Control Framework across the organization.
•Ensure effective governance, accountability and ownership of ESG-related topics.
•Coordinate the implementation of ESG requirements with domain owners and key stakeholders.
•Support and structure the double materiality assessment and ESG scope definition process.
•Develop and improve ESG processes, KPI frameworks and internal controls.
•Establish reliable data collection, validation and reporting structures.
•Define clear KPI methodologies and ensure consistency across business functions.
•Coordinate internal audits and prepare the organization for external assurance activities.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit outcomes, management reviews and KPI performance.
•Promote a structured and consistent approach to ESG governance across Royal IHC.
