Key Responsibilities

•Own the roadmap and execution for RoomRaccoon Payments and finance-related product initiatives
•Build scalable payment and financial workflows that reduce friction for hoteliers and internal teams
•Identify opportunities where AI and automation improve reconciliation, reporting, fraud prevention, invoicing, payouts, and operational efficiency
•Work closely with Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, Support, and Commercial teams to turn operational pain points into product solutions
•Prioritize based on customer impact, revenue potential, operational efficiency, and speed to value
•Write clear product requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
•Lead initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
•Use data, customer feedback, and business insights to improve product performance continuously
•Stay ahead of trends in fintech, embedded finance, AI tooling, workflow automation, and hospitality technology
•Help shape what AI-first product ownership looks like inside RoomRaccoon
