•Deliver (remote) technical support to the field service team, coordinating with our German team to escalate, monitor, and resolve customer issues effectively.
•Coordinate and manage after-sales service activities, including site visits and oversight of third-party service providers.
•Plan and dispatch technical support resources for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) service projects.
•Oversee maintenance contracts and maintain regular customer engagement through recurring service reviews.
•Support after-sales commercial activities, including quotation preparation and supplier coordination.
•Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and R&D teams to support project initiatives, resource planning, testing activities, and special projects.
